Job Summary

The WAE Employee Success Specialist will manage WAE’s workforce administration processes, support employee engagement, and ensure positive employee experience. In this role, the WESS will recruit new WAE employees as needed, guide them through onboarding, and provide ongoing support to foster strong relationships with employees and WAE employers.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor WAE orders for fulfillment. Fill vacancies from WAE with available staff.
  • Escalate shortages for additional support and provide proactive staffing information to maintain employer insight and account visibility.
  • Collaborate with WAE Technical Operations Specialist on placement related system issues for investigation and resolution.
  • Employee Pool Management
  • Evaluate employee skill sets and WAE eligibility, complete full ATS candidate profiles, guiding new employees through onboarding and offboarding of terminated employees.
  • Provide engaging demos to new employees, showcasing WAE’s capabilities.
  • Cultivate relationships with WAE employees to sustain an active user base by coaching them on WAE policies.
  • Utilize networking resources including referrals, community connections, and social to attract and retain new employees.

Employee Experience and Support:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, utilizing clear communication methods to promote WAE loyalty and adoption.
  • Provide onsite support at employer locations for coaching or training needs.
  • Collect employee feedback and report insights to WAE Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Employee Records and Documentation
  • Maintain proper detailed notes in ATS for any employee interaction, including updating employee information as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll to support any unemployment claims and pay discrepancies
  • Stay abreast of labor laws as they pertain to recruitment and placement practices.
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Required)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of workforce administration systems and ATS software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
