Career Start is a high growth Staffing and Workforce Management Group with a new technology addition focused on enhancing our industry relationships and expanding nationally. Our organization was born in 2007 as pilot program out of Rochester, NY that was aimed at transitioning people from public assistance to the workforce. In 2011, we harnessed our experience in employee placement and expanded into the staffing vertical. We maintain a keen focus on high volume general labor staffing and medical staffing. We deliver “Speed to Market” results. As a rapidly growing company with nearly 100 passionate corporate employees and thousands of ready-to-place associates, we offer exponential growth and a solid opportunity to impact the communities in which we are stakeholders.

We are the #1 Rochester medical, general and hospitality staffing agency. We are a 2023 Top Workplaces winner for the Region. As of 2021, we are a Great Place to Work Certified Company.
